What we sell

Prison Officer Test sells original practice material for people preparing for prison officer recruitment. There are two products, each a one-off payment with no subscription:

  • Online Tests: situational judgement, numeracy and values-based practice, timed practice sets and full practice mocks.
  • Complete: everything in Online Tests plus the assessment centre material (role-play briefs, written exercises, interview questions), AI feedback, and the fitness test plan and bleep timer.

If you already have Online Tests you can upgrade to Complete for the difference in price. Access is personal to you and is given through the email address used at checkout. Please don't share your account or copy the material.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full to the card you paid with, no questions asked. Your access ends when the refund is made. By buying, you ask us to give you access to digital content straight away; this guarantee is in addition to, and does not reduce, your legal rights.

No guarantee of a result

Practising here does not guarantee that you will pass any test or assessment, be placed on a merit list or be offered a job. Recruitment decisions are made by the employer on its own criteria. Our formats and timings follow what is published or reported, and the real process can change, so always follow your own invitation.

AI feedback

Complete includes up to 30 pieces of AI feedback a day (resetting at midnight UK time) on your own written answers. The feedback is generated by an AI model, can be wrong, and is practice feedback only: it is not an official assessment or a prediction of your result. Don't include other people's personal information in your answers.

Independence

Prison Officer Test is an independent practice resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), the Ministry of Justice, the Scottish Prison Service, the Northern Ireland Prison Service or any private prison operator. Our questions are original practice material, not the official tests.

Using the site

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or always online. If you spot a mistake, please tell us. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can also rely on the consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.
